Because our sevices are time-based and customized specifically for each client, all service sales are final and non-refundable.
We want every client to love their lashes! If you're unhappy with your results or have any concerns about your service, please reach out to us within the first couple of days following your appointment, We will be happy to assess your lashes and, when appropriate, make any necessary adjustments or fixes at no additional charge.
Please note that refunds are not offered for completed services. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your lashes, and we're always happy to work with you to address any concerns.
